Good sized and recently renovated room and modern style bathroom with shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. A huge variety of food for breakfast including tea, croissants, breads, cereals, and cakes.

It was clean place, staff were outstandingly accommodating and very courteous, and I truly enjoyed my newly renovated room. The hotel was in an excellent position very close to shops.

Our room was spotless, functional and equipped with a comfy bed, a good shower, as example. There were a microwave oven and an electric kettle too.

The room we had was spotless and functional, came with comfy double bed, a good shower, for example. The location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, next to train station. It was 1 km from Will's Fish & Grill, offering quick-service food.

My standard triple room was functional and had basic facilities needed. It was nice having central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card. The staff were both affable and flexible.

The bathroom I had was very basic.

Reasonable location in a peaceful area, just off Rochester town centre, passing trains and nice Boat House pub. Nearby Bas Bar - great place to chill out.

Everything was nice, the parking was in the hotel, the room was great value and nicely furnished. Booked a room with a comfy bed and a good shower. Location: the property was just off castle and cathedral, very close to railway so the train noise till very late and a public park. It also was really close to the station.

As for me, the location was quiet and reasonably priced, just off the local supermarket, passing trains and very close to railway so the train noise till very late. The room with a comfy bed and a good shower. The staffs were genuinely helpful & consistently courteous. Actually everything was fine, my next choice again in Rochester.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bridge, close to Rochester town centre and a supermarket. The room was well-maintained and tidy, with a clean bathroom. Towels and toiletries were provided. The hotel is also near Strood train station and within walking distance of Rochester station. The proximity to the river bank made for a pretty view when the moon was out at night.

Felt like royalty, no complaints.
